What can I say, I too have been bitten by the 'blog bug'. Initially, I was undecided about what to write about, so I made a list of the top 8 things that make me happy: 1) God 2) My Family, 3) My friends, 4) My career, 5)Fashion, fashion and more fashion, 6) Learning different languages, 7)Food, Food and more Food, and 8) Travel, travel and more travel. A pretty diverse list huh?I wanted to write a blog that incorporated all the above-and VOILA my travel blog was born!! How do they all tie into travel you may ask my lovies?Simple!!Wherever I may travel, it will be purely by the grace of God; some of my travels will be with my family members and some will be with my friends; some travels will be motivated by my career path while others will be motivated by my desire to learn a new language; and others will be motivated by the fashion trends and the variety of delectable cuisines that will be beckoning me to board a plane and embark on a new journey.
Additionally, I have a pretty obscure way of looking at the world!Okay, maybe 'obscure' is not necessaily the correct term but I have definately been dubbed by my 'not-so-normal' friends as being rather 'offbeat'. Although they are always quick to add "...but in a nice way," fearing any repercussions that may be directed their way upon having uttered such a statement in my presence. So I thought: 'Hey!Why dont I let the rest of the world in to my crazy-but beautiful world?' So if you're ready to hike up Table Mountain, go on an elephant-back safari, backpack around Europe with me, and see the world through my eyes-WELCOME ABOARD AND LET'S HAVE A BLAST!!!!
