HELLO BLOGGETTES!!!
My posts on my BARCELONA ADVENTURE continue! As I mentioned in my previous posts, my friend and I decided to take a trip to Spain to celebrate her birthday, and I shall be giving you all the DEETS of the sightseeing we had the opportunity to embark on!
THE PALAU GUELL
The Palau Guell, also known as the GUELL PALACE, is a mansion designed by the SPANISH CATALAN ARCHITECT, ANTONI GAUDI, for the INDUSTRIAL TYCOON, EUSEBI GUELL. Antoni Gaudi was a well renowned practitioner on CATALAN MODERNISM. His works reflect his three passions: ARCHITECTURE, NATURE and RELIGION! Gaudi loved incorporating CERAMICS, STAINED GLASS, WROUGHT IRON FORGING and CARPENTRY into his works.
The GUELL PALACE is MAGNIFICENT! It is centred on a main room which was used to ENTERTAIN HIGH SOCIETY guests! It is definitely MY KIND OF HOME :)
Here are some of my favourite highlights from my visit to the Guell Palace:
And then we made our way onto the roof of the Guell Palace

There you have it bloggettes! Sneak peak into my upcoming Barcelona posts include PARK GUELL, MONTSERRATT, LA SAGRADA FAMILIA to name just a few so keep following.
Until next time
