I WENT TO VENICE, ITALY OVER THE WEEKEND!! :)
So it was the OFFICIAL START OF THE VENICE CARNIVAL this past Saturday, and so my friend and I decided to GO TO THE VENICE for the opening of the Carnival. But...more on the Venice Carnival in my next post. For today's post, I want to TELL YOU ALL ABOUT BEAUTIFUL VENICE!!
VENICE, ITALY
Venice (or rather Venezia), is a city in northeastern Italy sited on a group of 118 small islands separated by canals and linked by bridges. Venice is know for its SCENIC BEAUTY, ARCHITECURE and ARTWORK. And BEAUTIFUL IT IS!! The ENTIRE CITY OF VENICE is listed as a WORLD HERITAGE SITE along with its lagoon (a fact which does not surprise me at all).
