I once again went to watch a performance at the ROYAL ALBERT HALL! And this time I went to watch JOHN GRANT perform LIVE!! JOHN GRANT
John Grant is an American singer/songwriter. He previously was a member of the alternative rock band THE CZARS and launched his solo career in 2010.
He performed songs from his third solo album "Grey Tickles, Black Pressure" which received critical acclaim upon its release in 2015. I have to say the man has an INCREDIBLE VOICE. Grant explained that the album title comes from the raw translation of two phrases from the Icelandic and Turkish languages respectively: "grey tickles" which refers to approaching middle age; and "black pressure" which comes from the Turkish word for nightmare.
